Real Madrid employed a similar strategy with David Alaba three years ago, and they are eager to finalize the deal as soon as possible if Mbappe gives a positive response.

Juventus are eyeing a move for Arsenal youngster Charlie Patino and are prepared to offer Moise Kean in exchange. Patino, who is currently on loan at Swansea City, is highly rated by Arsenal, but Juventus cannot afford his £17.4 million price tag in the January transfer window. Instead, they are considering a part-exchange deal involving Kean, who previously played in the Premier League.

Liverpool are reportedly interested in signing Fluminense midfielder Andre in January.
