Ilkay Gundogan is rumored to be considering a move to Turkey, while AC Milan is interested in signing two players from Arsenal. Additionally, Luis Diaz has suggested a potential interest from Barcelona.
Gundogan could join Sane in Turkey
In a potential transfer that could shake up the Turkish football scene, Turkish sports journalist Yagiz Sabuncuoglu has suggested that Ilkay Gundogan may be on his way to Galatasaray. The German midfielder only returned to Manchester City last summer after a brief stint at Barcelona and still has a year left on his contract.
If the 34-year-old makes the move to Galatasaray, he will reunite with his former Manchester City teammate Leroy Sane, who is reportedly set to join the Turkish giants from Bayern Munich.
“Galatasaray is trying to complete the transfer of Ilkay Gundogan,” Sabuncuoglu stated on X. “The player is also keen on coming to Galatasaray. Apart from Galatasaray, an official offer has also been made to Ilkay from Saudi Arabia, but Galatasaray is one step ahead in this transfer!”

AC Milan after Arsenal duo
In other transfer news, La Gazzetta dello Sport has reported that Massimiliano Allegri is keen to bring Arsenal duo Oleksandr Zinchenko and Jakub Kiwior to AC Milan. Allegri, who returned to Milan last month, is looking to bolster the club’s defence ahead of the new Serie A season.
Zinchenko has found it difficult to secure a regular starting spot at Arsenal since his move from Manchester City, while Kiwior played a vital role for The Gunners last season, stepping in for injured defenders Gabriel and William Saliba.
“Allegri raises the wall: two Arsenal players in the sights of the Rossoneri,” the report noted. “Zinchenko is seen as the heir to Theo Hernandez, with Kiwior lined up to replace Thiaw. The first meeting in London.”

Bild also reported that Bayern are keen on signing AC Milan’s Rafael Leao. “The Nations League final between Portugal and Spain (5-3 on penalties) was also the duel between two of Bayern’s transfer targets,” the article stated.
“Nico Williams (22/Athletic Bilbao) and Rafael Leão (26/AC Milan) were able to play in the Allianz Arena on Sunday. Bayern have even already met with Williams’s agents.”

Diaz drops Barca hint
In a twist that could excite Barcelona fans, Spanish website Mundo Deportivo has reported that Liverpool forward Luis Diaz is at the top of the Catalan club’s transfer wishlist. The Colombian was instrumental in Liverpool’s 20th league title triumph last season, scoring 17 goals and providing eight assists in 50 appearances.
However, it appears he may be on the move. “Luis Díaz (28 years old) is FC Barcelona’s priority target to strengthen their forward line next season, and the Colombian has left a hint on social media that several users have interpreted as the previous step to wearing the Barca shirt,” the article explained.
“According to several followers, Luis Diaz has started following Barca’s Instagram account and also Barcelona legend Leo Messi, whom he faced in the 2026 World Cup qualifying match in which he scored a stunning goal (1-1).”
