Tottenham remains determined to finalize the January transfer of Conor Gallagher from Chelsea.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has dismissed rumors of captain Jordan Henderson returning to the club. Speaking to reporters, Klopp stated, “He didn’t call me!” This comes after reports suggested that Henderson could be making a comeback to Anfield. However, Klopp’s comments suggest that there is no truth to these speculations.

Tottenham Hotspur are keen on signing Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher before the transfer window closes. According to The Independent, Spurs may have to offer £50 million to persuade Gallagher to leave Stamford Bridge. The paper reports, “Tottenham Hotspur are pressing ahead with plans to try and buy a No. 8 with Chelsea’s Conor Gallagher still top of the list.” Gallagher is seen as the perfect fit for Mauricio Pochettino’s tactical ideas and is highly trusted by the Argentine manager.

French club Marseille have joined the race to sign Manchester United forward Anthony Martial. After Fenerbahce’s failed attempt to secure his services, Marseille are hoping to convince Martial to leave Old Trafford. The Sun reports, “Marseille have launched a frantic late bid to try and land Anthony Martial.” However, any potential deal depends on Martial’s willingness to return to his homeland, which could be a sticking point.

With injuries to Jarrod Bowen and Lucas Paqueta, West Ham United are in search of a new striker. The Mirror states that Genoa’s Albert Gudmundsson, Sunderland’s Jack Clarke, and Ajax’s Steven Bergwijn are all being considered as potential reinforcements. The paper writes, “West Ham are prioritising attacking reinforcements with urgency.” The Hammers have already added Bergwijn and Clarke to their shortlist, and Gudmundsson is also being looked at as a potential option.

Newcastle United have inquired about the availability of Bournemouth forward Dominic Solanke. Manager Eddie Howe, who previously worked with Solanke at Bournemouth, is keen to reunite with the striker. However, a January deal seems unlikely as Bournemouth have stated that they will not sell Solanke this month. The Telegraph reports, “Newcastle have made an enquiry about Dominic Solanke but have been told that Bournemouth will not sell him this month.” Solanke has been in fine form this season, scoring 13 goals in 22 appearances for Bournemouth.
