Chelsea have expressed interest in signing Michael Olise and are considering making an offer, while also setting a price for Ivan Toney.

Chelsea have intensified their pursuit of Crystal Palace forward Michael Olise, with the club reportedly “desperate” to secure his signature. The Blues have made contact with Palace as they aim to beat out competition from Manchester City, Manchester United, Arsenal, and Liverpool. Despite already investing heavily in the right-sided position, Chelsea have earmarked Olise for next season’s squad. Palace will only consider offers between £60m-£70m for the 22-year-old, who impressed with 10 goals and six assists in just 14 league starts last season. While other clubs have the advantage of Champions League football, Chelsea remain impressed by Olise’s performances and are determined to sign him.

Brentford have reduced their asking price for Ivan Toney as the striker enters the final year of his contract. Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester United are all interested in the England international, who could now be available for £60m. Despite a lackluster end to last season, Toney’s previous goalscoring record of 32 goals in two seasons has attracted attention. Brentford previously valued him at £80m but are now willing to lower their asking price to ensure a summer sale.

Tammy Abraham could make a return to the Premier League, with several clubs reportedly interested in the striker. After recovering from a knee injury that kept him out for 10 months, the 26-year-old is now being monitored by West Ham United, Tottenham Hotspur, and Aston Villa. Abraham could be available for around £20m.

Arsenal may be priced out of a move for Sporting Lisbon striker Viktor Gyokeres, as the Portuguese side is demanding £85m to release him. Arsenal have scouted the Swedish striker extensively but would prefer to negotiate a fee in the range of £50m-£60m. Sporting Lisbon, however, are unwilling to let him go cheaply and are prepared to sell other players to raise funds.

Overall, the transfer market is heating up with English clubs vying for top talent. Chelsea, Brentford, and Arsenal are all looking to strengthen their squads ahead of the upcoming season, and negotiations are underway to secure their desired targets.
