Arsenal striker Kai Havertz is facing a significant setback as reports emerge that he will miss the remainder of the season due to a torn hamstring sustained during the team’s training camp in Dubai. The news, first reported by The Athletic, comes just ahead of the Gunners’ crucial Premier League clash against Leicester City at the King Power Stadium this Saturday.
Havertz has been an integral part of Arsenal’s attacking line this season, contributing 15 goals and five assists across all competitions. His most recent strike was a standout performance in Arsenal’s impressive 5-1 victory over defending champions Manchester City at The Emirates earlier this month. Losing such a key player is undoubtedly a bitter blow for the North London club, especially as they chase their title ambitions.
Adding to Arsenal’s woes, fellow striker Gabriel Jesus is also sidelined with injury.
